Tai Chi is a gentle exercise. Fitness, well being and personal harmony are derived from its practise. The key benefit is stress management. Thousands of people, many over the age of 70 have learned the Robert Gemmell 5 Step Programme. The RGMA 5 Step is easy to do and enjoyable. Tai Chi Chuan involves light stretching exercise.

There are 5 steps, each a different way to practise the Art form dependant on physical ability. These include sitting, standing,  wide gait stance, walking Tai Chi and Tai Chi performed in a continuous series of movements within a set pattern. Advanced training is also given in Short and Long Form Chen style, Tai Chi Sword and Pushing Hands.
