Mulan
Mulan is an Art form based upon Tai Chi with a fan. Popular with women and girls the exercises are easy and suitable for any age group. Students ages can range from young girls to older women. Mulan uniforms are colourful and the art even includes the odd fashion parade which creates much interest. Men can also practise Mulan.
